买卖合约书

1. 本合约由卖方与买方（以下合称「双方」）订立。Silver Dragon Exchange（Monetarium）仅作为登记处与公证人记录本次交易，并非买卖任何一方。

   This contract is made between the Seller and the Buyer (together, the "Parties"). Silver Dragon Exchange (Monetarium) acts solely as registrar and notary of this sale and is not a party to it.

2. 标的为本合约所列的龙币或原封盲盒，以 Monetarium 登记档案中的证书编号、评级与托管状态为准。卖方保证其为标的的合法持有人，标的并非赃物或争议物，并与官方认证记录一致。

   The item is the Dragon Coin or sealed box identified in this contract by its certificate number, grade and custody status on the Monetarium registry. The Seller warrants lawful ownership, that the item is not stolen or disputed, and that it matches the official authentication record.

3. 成交价为本合约所列的新加坡元金额。买方须在卖方接受后 48 小时内，按所选付款渠道支付全款。直接付款模式下款项由买方直接支付给卖方，平台不经手资金亦不收费；平台代收模式下，平台向卖方收取合约所列的平台费。

   The price is the Singapore-dollar amount stated in this contract. The Buyer must pay in full within 48 hours of the Seller's acceptance using the selected payment channel. Under direct payment the Buyer pays the Seller directly and the platform neither handles funds nor charges a fee; under platform collection the platform charges the Seller the fee stated in this contract.

4. 卖方（或受托保管的 Monetarium 金库）须在确认收款后 7 日内，以可追踪的快递发出标的。买方收到后须核对封装完整且证书编号与登记档案一致，并在平台确认收货。若快递显示妥投后 14 日内买方未确认亦未提出争议，交易视为完成。

   The Seller (or the Monetarium vault holding the item) must dispatch the item by tracked courier within 7 days of confirming payment. On receipt the Buyer must check that the holder is intact and the certificate number matches the registry, then confirm receipt on the platform. If the Buyer neither confirms nor disputes within 14 days of delivery, the sale is deemed completed.

5. 卖方未在 48 小时内接受、或买方未在期限内付款，本合约自动失效。卖方确认收款后无正当理由不发货，或买方无正当理由拒收，均构成违约，违约方须赔偿对方因此产生的合理损失。

   If the Seller does not accept within 48 hours, or the Buyer does not pay by the deadline, this contract lapses automatically. Failure by the Seller to ship after confirming payment, or refusal by the Buyer to accept a conforming item, is a breach, and the breaching Party must compensate the other for reasonable losses.

6. 任何争议应先提交 Silver Dragon Exchange 调解，平台依据登记册与交易记录作出裁定。任何一方不服裁定，可向新加坡小额索偿法庭或有管辖权的法院提起诉讼。本合约受新加坡法律管辖。

   Any dispute must first be referred to Silver Dragon Exchange for mediation; the platform will decide on the basis of the registry and trade records. A Party who disagrees with the decision may bring proceedings before the Small Claims Tribunals of Singapore or a court of competent jurisdiction. This contract is governed by Singapore law.

7. 双方明确同意：双方的藏家编号、成交价、各步骤时间及本合约的 SHA-256 哈希将由 Monetarium 永久写入 BNB Smart Chain 公开账本，且不可撤回。双方的姓名、联系方式与付款资料不会上链。

   The Parties expressly consent that their collector IDs, the price, the timestamps of each step and the SHA-256 hash of this contract will be permanently and irrevocably recorded by Monetarium on the public BNB Smart Chain ledger. Names, contact details and payment details are never published on chain.

8. 双方在平台上勾选并确认即构成电子签名，依《新加坡电子交易法》具有法律效力。平台记录签名时间、账户与网络地址哈希作为证据。

   Ticking the confirmation box on the platform constitutes each Party's electronic signature, effective under the Singapore Electronic Transactions Act. The platform records the time, account and a hash of the network address of each signature as evidence.
